iiyama’s latest multi-touch LCD monitor ‘ProLite T2451MTS’ is set to hit the European market starting next week. Designed to work simultaneously with two fingers or pen, this 23.6-inch widescreen monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio (up to 5 million:1), 250 cd/m2 brightness and 2ms response time. iiyama is gearing up to drop two new Full HD monitors into the market namely the ProLite B2776HDS-B and ProLite E2773HDS-B. Both of these 27-inch LED-backlight monitors are an energy efficient display, reducing power consumption by almost 42% for the B2776HDS-B and 37.8% for the ProLite E2773HDS-B compared to previous B models. In terms of specs, both monitors provide 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 5,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness and 1ms response, and have mini D-Sub, DVI-D as well as HDMI connectors. Iiyama today announced the availability of two new Full HD monitors in Japan, the 24-inch XB2472HD-B and 27-inch X2775HDS-B. Both models come equipped with a LED backlight VA panel that produces a 3,000:1 contrast ratio. These Full HD monitors also feature an HDMI port, a DVI-D output and an ECO mode, which is capable of reducing up to 60% of power consumption. The 24-inch model offers a 300cd/m2 of brightness level, while the 27-inch model features a 250cd/m2 of brightness level.
