Every model in the lineup comes standard with the latest Intel Core i5 quad-core processor. You even have the option to configure the new 21.5- or 27-inch iMac with the Intel Core i7 processors up to 3.4GHz, up to 2TB hard drive, a 256GB solid state drive and an additional DDR3 memory. With advanced AMD Radeon HD graphics processors across the line, iMac performs up to three times better than its predecessors. The Thunderbolt port offers two 10-Gbps data channels for data transfer that’s up to 12 times faster than FireWire 800 and up to 20 times faster than USB 2.0 interface. Apple's New iMacs With 21.5 And 27-inch Displays

Apple has finally unveiled new iMacs with brilliant LED-backlit 21.5 and 27-inch widescreen displays in a new edge-to-edge glass design and all aluminum enclosure. The 21.5-inch model provides up to 1920×1080 resolution with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor options running at 3.06 GHz or 3.33 GHz, and an nVidia GeForce 9400M or an ATI Radeon 4670 graphics card options. Meanwhile, the 27-inch model features the same processor options found on the smaller model.

Users can choose a faster 2.66 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 or a 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 processor as build-to-order options. Each purchase comes with a wireless keyboard and the all new wireless Magic Mouse, the world’s first mouse with Multi-Touch technology pioneered by Apple on the iPhone, iPod touch and Mac notebook trackpad. The 21.5 and 27-inch iMacs are priced at $1,199 and $1,699, respectively. Read more
