Griffin Technology has rolled out the iTrip nano, an upgraded to fit perfectly to a 2nd generation iPod nano. Priced at $49.99, the device uses the iPod nano’s own screen to display and change the tuning information.

Philips has unveiled a new iPod-compatible, under-cabinet multimedia player. Dubbed as the Philips DCD778 Docking Entertainment System, it features an 8.5-inch widescreen LCD display and can play audio and video from an iPod, DVD, (S)VCD, MP3-CD, CD(RW) and Picture CD.
The system also provides a built-in ATSC/NTSC TV tuner, digital AM/FM tuner, two 2-inch speakers, cooking timer and clock, and wireless remote. The Philips DCD778 is compatible with the fourth and fifth generation iPods, the iPod mini, and iPod nano. It will be available next week for around $400.
Griffin Technology announced the availability of the TuneFlex AUX, an updated version of its flexible charging cradle with line-out audio. The device features an audio cable for automobiles with direct line-in ports. It plugs into a car’s cigarette lighter outlet to power and charge your Apple iPod while holding it at a convenient position. Available in two versions (the TuneFlex AUX for full-size iPods and the TuneFlex AUX for the second-generation iPod nano), both priced at $50.

The Elecom ASP-P100 Portable iPod Speaker Charger is compatible with fifth-generation iPods and iPod nanos. The device is actually a combination of iPod speaker system and charger.
