King Jim has announced the successor to its Pomera DM10 digital memo device by unveiling the DM20. Unlike its predecessor, the DM20 sports a larger 5-inch 640 x 480 display and comes with an 89MB memory. Other standard features include a folding QWERTY keyboard, a microSD card slot and a USB port.
