Here’s the latest addition to Kohjinsha’s mobile internet device line-up, the PM-series. Powered by a 1.1GHz Intel Atom processor, this new MID comes equipped with a 4.8-inch WSVGA touchscreen display with 1024 x 600 resolution, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, a 512MB RAM, a 16GB SSD, WiFi, Bluetooth, Windows XP OS and a rechargeable battery that offers 7 hours of operating time. The SK3 is the latest 7-inch convertible touchscreen netbook from Kohjinsha, which is set to be released this week. It will be an improved version of their previously released SC3 UMPC and will feature a 7-inch touchscreen display with 1024 x 600 resolution, a 1.3GHz Menlow platform, a 1GB RAM, a 60GB hard drive, GPS, a dual camera, an SD card slot, a PCI Express card slot, a VGA-out, a LAN connection, WiFi module and support Windows 7 OS. Japanese netbook manufacturer Kohjinsha has recently introduced the new UMPC with Intel Atom CPU. Dubbed as the Kohjinsha SC3, the gadget is powered by a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 60GB of HDD, a 7 inch wide touchscreen LCD with LED backlight, an internal GPS (optional), WiFi b/g, Bluetooth, and 1.3MP webcam. Meanwhile, the Kohjinsha SX3 UMPC features with the same specs, but with a larger screen size of 8.9 Inch, and a DVD Super Multi Drive. Both UMPCs will be released next month. The Kohjinsha SX Series offers 8.9 inch touch screen display at 1,280 x 768 resolution, Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 60GB HDD, Super Multi-DVD drive, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity. Measuring 9.2 inch x 7 inch x 1.3 inch and weighing 2.4lbs, the “SR8KPO6S” tablet PC features a 7 inch touchscreen display with 1024 x 600 resolution, 802.11b/g, Bluetooth, a 1.3MP camera, and a 60GB hard drive, WiFi G, and Bluetooth. Its battery lasts for up to 3.5hrs to 7hrs (extended battery). The burner can be disabled to save power. Kohjinsha did not release pricing or availability information so far.
