Kyocera has develop a printhead that can print up to 200 meters per minute at 600 x 480 dpi, or 150 meters per minute at 600×600 dpi. It is equal to about 1000 sheets of A4 size in a minute or about 17 pages per second. That’s amazing! Known as the KJ4 series, the printhead utilities Kyocera’s proprietary piezoelectric ceramics technology and features a 4.25 inch printline. Kyocera KJ4 printhead will be available in April 2008. Here’s a preview of the new Kyocera Lingo M1000 phone. The M1000 comes with a 1.3 megapixel camera, bluetooth connectivity, EVDO support, POP/IMAP email support, BREW 3.1.5 platform for Java downloads, GPS navigation, and a voice recognition capability. Kyocera is known as the premiere producer of mobile phones. The company has recently launched the W54K mobile TV phone in the Japanese market. The mobile phone comes loaded with 2.7-inch wide 240×400(WQVGA) display and supports mobile TV. There is no word on pricing so far.

Kyocera released a new clamshell E2000 that boasts high speed 1x EV-DO connectivity for a fast downloads of both music and video-on-demand. The mobile phone comes jam packed with stereo Bluetooth A2DP support, external music controls, a microSD memory card slot to carry even more media files, a 1.3MP shooter, and a 2 inch TFT display. This dual-band digital phone will be available sometime in fall this year.

The Kyocera E1000 camera phone comes jam packed with a 1.3MP camera, a large QCIF+ TFT display and Bluetooth wireless connectivity. FYI, the handset also uses CDMA2000 1xRTT technology and will be available by summer 2007. No word on pricing yet.

The Kyocera W51K is a cell phone that comes in three different colors including mirror orange, cyano blue, and metal silver. This sleek handset is equipped with a 2.7 inch WQVGA display, 1.57inch monochrome sub display, 2 axial revolution supports, 2.0MP digicam, and a TV tuner. The phone also features the EPG (Electronic Programming Guide) for recording TV contents. Measuring 50mm × 103mm × 20mm and weighing 131grams, the Kyocera W51K is now available in Japan.
