
MSI has announced that they will be releasing an enhanced version of the GX-6000 gaming laptop. It now features 45nm processing technology, a RAM of up to 3GB, and the hard drive is 320GB, a Turbo button on the keyboard to increase the CPU speed by up to 20 percent, a Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT 3D chipset, 5.1 channel audio output, SPDIF and HDMI connections, a 15.4″ WXGA+ display, integrated bluetooth and 1.3 megapixel camera. No word on pricing or when this badboy will be available, so until then you’ll have to settle for the original GX-6000. [MSI via Laptop Blog]

Korean company TG Sambo, has announced that they will be selling a new laptop called the Averatec 8400. It comes with a widescreen LCD display, ATI’s Mobility Radeon HD2400 video card, a flexible keyboard, a larger touchpad and is powered by AMD’s dual core processor. Japan is going to be getting Everex’s Cloudbook laptop on the 22nd. It comes with bluetooth, a 7-inch touchscreen, and 802.11a , a 1.2GHz VIA C7-M processor, and 30GB hard disk. The Cloudbook is going for Â¥59,800 or $600. [Impress via Laptop Blog]

If you thought the Macbook Air was something to talk about, then you’d probably feel stronger about the new FRNL laptop by Frontier. It not only features a slim design like the Macbook Air, but it has a waterproof keyboard, can resist up to 120kg of pressure and is powered by an Intel A110 CPU (800Mhz), 1GB of RAM and comes with a 12.1†LED backlight LCD with SXGA resolution, 80GB of HDD, and wifi A/B/G. NEC has made the La Vie in many designs and has now launched a new one based on a Japanese series called Kimi Kiss. The Kimi Kiss laptop comes in tones of colors along with a 2GHz Mobile Sempron 3600+ CPU, 512MB of RAM, an 80GB hard drive, DVD combo drive and a 15.4-inch 1,280 x 800 resolution panel.
