
This coming April Lonovo fans will have another notebook to look forward to. The U110 comes in red, features 11†display, 2.3lb, 0.7†deep, and SSD that will be selectable by buyers. So far, there hasn’t been a report of detailed specs.

Laptops are definitely taking over desktops, so why not have the best of both worlds? LG is going to release their new eXPRESs S900 with desktop parts built inside. No need to worry though, because the features are the same: Intel Core 2 Duo processor, Windows Vista, 2GB DDR2 (667MHz) RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT graphics, DVD Super Multi Drive, 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, DVB-T, 1.3 megapixel camera, and a multi-card reader. The price isn’t bad either with a range of about $1300-$1750.

Averatec has released their 2500 laptop that is both slim in design and easy to take with you. Besides the slim-sleek design, it’s just another laptop. But if you care to hear what this laptop has to offer, here goes. It comes with a 1.3-megapixel webcam and Windows Vista along with a Turion 64 processor, 160GB hard drive, a dual-layer DVD burner, 2GB of RAM, ATI’s Radeon X1270 graphics set.

BenQ has dropped one of their first multimedia laptops, the Joybook Q41. Like most laptops, it comes with a 14.1″ wide UltraVivid display, and 2.5″ additional external display, with a processor Intel Core 2 Duo operating system and Microsoft Windows Vista, bluetooth capabilities, and wi-fi as well. However, there hasn’t been much more info than that so BenQ fans might have to hold out on buying on of these until further notice.

Next year seems to be getting off to a great start already as far as Samsung and laptops are concerned. If a multimedia laptop is what you’re looking for, then the Samsung R700 17-inch laptop is heaven sent. It offers you NVIDIA’s GeForce 8400 GS, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, dual-layer DVD burner, built-in HDMI port, gigabit Ethernet, 802.11a/b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 and a 7-in-1 multicard reader, and a 1,440 x 900 resolution panel. This model comes out sometime in February for a cheap $970. This should be a hit and well worth the wait.

With standard features like: 17 inch widescreen (1920×1200), Core 2 Duo T7500 @ 2.2GHz CPU, 2GB RAM, 400 GB HDD, 2 TV tuners, and HD-DVD player and burner. It’s a great laptop that can do alot which is why the price would be well worth it! $3,544.20
