Amazon has started offering the Brother MFC-9970CDW color laser all-in-one printer. Designed for offices, the device produces high quality color output at impressive print and copy speeds of up to 30ppm. Samsung has rolled out four new mono laser printers in the South Korean market. The Samsung ML-167X series consists of three models such as the ML-1673 (Blue), ML-1674 (Ivory) and ML-1678 (Pink). Targeted at small and home office users, the ML-167X series features a print output of 16 pages per minute, a USB 2.0 port, a 1200dpi resolution and a 300MHz processor. The Samsung ML-2540K is a power efficient mono laser printer that can print 24 pages per minute but consumes only 5W in sleep mode. Samsung India has recently released the SCX-3201, which is claimed to be the world’s smallest multi-functional printer. Measuring 388mm x 299mm x 234mm, the USB-powered monochrome printer can print, copy as well as scan giving the “best cost per page.” The monthly duty cycle of the printer is up to 5,000 pages and speed of 17 pages per minute. The SCX-3201 can print up to 1200dpi resolution and features a Print Screen button, Eco-print button to lower the print resolution and Soft Power button to lower power consumption. Samsung has unveiled the spanking new monochrome laser printer for the South Korean market. Known as the Samsung SCX-3205K, this gadget boasts Wi-Fi, WPS encryption module and LAN port. This monochrome laser printer is claimed to have a fast 16ppm printing speed. The Samsung SCX-3205K measures at just 388mm x 299mm x 234mm. Too bad, there is no info on pricing so far. Samsung Korea has reelased the world’s smallest color laser printers; the CLP-315K and CLX-3175FNK. The CLP-315K is equipped with NO-NOIS print engine that offers a resolution of 2,400 x 600 dpi, 32MB of internal memory, 16 pages per minutes(black) and 4 pages per minutes(color). This printer is 20% smaller than the previous CLP-300 model.
Samsung has also released the CLX-3175FNK laser printer with a built-in scanner and fax. It is 40% smaller than the previous generation, CLX-3160 series.
