
Toshiba has unveiled the Regza 32BE3 32-inch eco-friendly LCD TV, which features an Eco mode that changes the brightness and contrast based on ambient lighting saving more power. This LCD TV features a 1,366 × 768 pixel resolution, a USB port and a high power capacitor that consumes 0 Watt of power on standby mode. Toshiba will launch the Regza 32BE3 in Japan from December 2011 for 90,000 Yen or around $1,200. [Newlaunches]

Toshiba will introduce the REGZA 55X3 at the CEATEC Japan 2011. The REGZA 55X3 is a 55-inch naked-eye 3D LCD TV that provides a superb 3,840×2,160 pixels or four times HD resolution. This 3D LCD TV also offers the REGZA Engine CEVO Duo processor, a 5,000:1 of contrast ratio, a LED backlight, a face-tracking function, REGZA LINK, five digital tuners, 10W×2ch+10W speakers, four HDMI ports and two USB 2.0 ports. LG will launch two new IPS TVs in the Japanese market, the LV3400 (Full HD) and LV2500 (HD) series. The LG LV3400 is available in a 32-inch and a 43-inch models, while the LG LV2500 comes in a 22-inch and a 32-inch variants. All of these LED backlight IPS TVs feature a pair of Digital TV tuner, a USB Recording mode, an improved contrast ratio (13%) and a higher color reproduction. LG has announced the availability of the MX235D Cinema 3D TV/monitor in South Korea. The 23-inch Full HDTV comes with a pair of 5W speakers, a USB port, MP3 file support and an on-board 2D to 3D conversion. Sharp has recently launched the LC-70LE732U 70-inch AQUOUS Quattron LED LCD TV. It is known as the largest LCD television available on the market today. Hitachi is ready to launch a new series of PDP (Plasma) TV and LCD TV in the Japanese market. Known as the Hitachi Wooo XP07 series, both PDP (Plasma) TV and LCD TV come equipped with a built-in 320GB HDD and a trio of digital TV tuners, allowing you to record two channel simultaneously. The LG 72LEX9 is claimed as the world’s largest 3D commercial LCD TV in the market so far. Measuring an impressive 72-inch (182cm), the 72LEX9 comes equipped with a full LED backlight, a 480Hz True-Motion panel and the DLNA support.
