TriGem Computer is out with four new LCD monitors for the South Korean market namely the TGL 2000A (20-inch), TGL 2250A (21.6-inch), TGL 2300A (23-inch) and TGL 2400A (23.6-inch). These LCDs feature a built-in digital TV tuner, 16:9 aspect ratio, 2ms response time, 20,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, integrated speakers, plus DVI and HDMI connectors. The 2250A, 2300A and 2400A support the same native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, while the 2000A only offers a resolution of 720p. BenQ Taiwan has added two new LCD monitors to its E-series with the introduction of E2220HD (21.5-inch) and E2420HD (24-inch). These widescreen monitors are equipped with the all new SensEye 3 technology, an auto-calibration sensor that will give you the perfect contrast, color and brightness based on your surrounding, and feature a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 300 cd/m2 brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio. Dell has rolled out its new 24-inch LCD monitor for the Japanese market. Dubbed as the UltraSharp U2410, this widescreen monitor boasts an IPS panel, providing 96% coverage of the Adobe RGB color space and 100% coverage of the sRGB color space. It also supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 resolution, 6ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 400 cd/m2 brightness and comes with several connectivity ports including VGA, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort and 4 USB. This new widescreen monitor supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and features 6ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 360 cd/m2 brightness, EcoView function which automatically adjusts brightness depending on ambient lighting and covers 96% of the Adobe RGB color range. Japanese manufacturer Candela is preparing to release its new 23.6-inch LCD monitor that comes with a built-in analog /digital TV tuner. Dubbed as the CPLV236WDG2, this widescreen monitor supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and features 5ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio and 300 cd/m2 brightness. Acer has come out with three new affordable LCD displays for the Japanese market namely the 17-inch V173Bbm, 20-inch P205Hbmd and 21-inch H223HQFbd. The 17-incher V173Bbm supports a native resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels, 1,000:1 contrast ratio, 250cd/m2 brightness, 160/160 degrees viewing angle, 1W +1 W built-in stereo speakers and low power consumption of only 14W. Joined by the mid size 20-inch P205Hbmd that features 1600 x 900 resolution, 1,000:1 contrast ratio, 300cd/m2 brightness, 160/160 degrees viewing angle and 1W +1 W built-in stereo speakers. Finally the 21-inch H223HQFbd that supports a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 5ms response time, 1,000:1 contrast ratio, 300cd/m2 brightness and 160/170 degrees viewing angle. This stylish 23-inch monitor is an energy efficient display, reducing power consumption by 33% thanks to efficient LED technology. Available in black or silver, this 24-inch widescreen monitor supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and features an S-PVA, 6ms (G2G) response time, 2000:1 contrast ratio, 360 cd/m2 brightness and covers 96% of the Adobe RGB color range. This widescreen LCD supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and features a TCO 5.0 certification, integrated speakers, a stand that provides 110mm height adjustment and pivot options, and several connectivity ports including D-Sub, DVI and USB.
