Oakley and Nokia has joined together to launch the limited edition Nokia N97 for Winter Olympics 2010. Nokia will release only 200 units of this handset. The phone features the Oakley Thunderbird (the specially designed logo for the Vancouver Olympics) laser etched onto the back of the phone. Created by Australian aircraft designer Marc Newson, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Atmos clock is powered by minuscule changes in temperature, which could mean that it could run for a very long time on basically nothing but air and at least 1 degree of temperature change (Celsius) every 2 days. Encased in a Baccarat crystal, this limited edition clock also has a sky chart in the middle, which will indicate the astronomical details of the sky in the Northern Hemisphere. Stussy has collaborated with Ricoh to release the Stussy-branded digital camera in order to celebrate Stussy’s 30th birthday. Based on the Ricoh GR DIGITAL III, this camera provides a 10MP 1/1.7-inch CCD sensor, a 28 mm/F1.9 “GR” lens, a 4x digital zoom, ISO sensitivity between 64 and 1,600, a 3-inch LCD display and SD/SDHC/ USB ports. Ricoh has replaced the original fonts on the camera with Stussy style fonts and added royal blue as a new color on several buttons and the cap. HP has collaborated with rapper Dr Dre to release a limited edition HP Envy 15 Beats. The laptop will feature a Beats sound system and a piano black high gloss finish, and a signature Beats design. Additional features include several DJ software including Native Instrument’s Traktor LE software and Audio 2 DJ Traktor LE software with Audio 2 DJ multichannel splitter. Dubbed as the “King Cobra”, the Urweck UR-CC1 is the world’s first wristwatch with true retrograde linear displays. The time is displayed by two large cylinders: one for the jumping hours, the other, a retrograde cylinder for the minutes.
