
The Oswald’s Mill Audio (OMA) has released a two-way speaker that comes in a unique design. The OMA Monarch Speaker System consists of two 15-inch woofers in a unique enclosure that deliver outstanding bass with even the most miniscule of tube amplifiers. If you’re wondering what those wooden wings are for, apart from design and decoration, they apparently help to load the woofers to deliver better sound. The Bowers & Wilkins today introduced the PM1 speakers that deliver big sound in a small package. The key feature of the PM1 is the company’s new Carbon Braced Tweeter, which features an aluminum dome that has been strategically stiffened with a ring made of filament-wound Ultra High Modulus Pitch-based carbon fiber. This high-end speaker also offers Kevlar cone bass and mid-range drivers with new Anti-Resonance Plugs and dual-layer composite cabinets with an internal bracing system. Audio brand KEF comes back with its latest high-end speaker in the form of the Blade. The speaker uses four newly-designed side-firing 9-inch bass drivers and the latest generation of KEF’s UniQ midrange/tweeter driver. The Blade also adopts the “Single Apparent Source” technology. This new technology has created the ability for sound to be transmitted using a combination of bass, mid-range and treble drivers. Available in glossy white and black, the KEF Blade is expected to land at KEF retailers in July or August 2011 for £20,000 ($32,443). [KEF]

MB&F has rolled out their latest timepiece in the form of the HM4 Thunderbolt. This Aviation-inspired watch comes with a metal casing that is made from milled solid blocks of high-tech grade 5 titanium with hundreds of hours of machining and polishing in the construction process. The watch’s engine was entirely designed and developed by MB&F over three years of intensive work with Laurent Besse and Beranger Reynard of Les Artisans Horlogers. Each of the 311 components were developed specifically for the Thunderbolt, no off-the-shelf mechanisms or parts were used at all due to the extreme nature of its architecture. The MB&F HM4 Thunderbolt is not a limited edition watch, but will be produced in limited amount of about 25-35 pieces a year. There will be just 20 HM4 watches for 2010. The Vincent Audio C-60 is a high-end CD player that comes equipped with switchable vacuum tube and solid-state output stages, premium top-loading transport, excellent mechanical and electrical isolation, and fully balanced XLR outputs for an optimal preamp interface. The vacuum tube or solid-state outputs can be switch on easily using the include remote control or a switch on the front of the player. Digital processing uses a 24-bit/192kHz PCN1792 DAC with 8x oversampling. The player also features RCA outputs and coaxial digital output or optical digital output. Famous jewellery designer Jacqueline Urbach has decided to enter the wristwatch market by releasing the Precious Inspiration collection. The collection consists of 24 different models, with varying types of gold, gem settings, diamonds, and wrist strap material. This new wristwatch collection is slated to be showcased at next month’s Baselworld convention in Switzerland, which will take place from March 18th to 25th, 2010. [WristDreams]

If you are looking for a high-end LCD TV, then the Bang & Olufsen BeoVision 10-46 might be the best answer for you. The 46-inch LCD TV is the big brother to the 40-inch version of BeoVision 10 but features the same technical specifications such as a LED backlight and 200Hz refresh rate. The BeoVision 10-46 will hit selected markets in April 2010. Too bad, there is no info on pricing so far. A Swiss watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre and Aston Martin have joined together to create their masterpiece in the form of the AMVOX3 Tourbillon GMT. Inspired by the Koenigsegg CCR sports car, this luxurious watch features an open worked dial that provides you a full view of the base plate and the ruthenium-coated bridges in the dial. The French company S.T. DuPont has decided to enter the mobile phone market by making a new handset in collaboration with South Korea’s third largest handset maker, Pantech. The Pantech Sky DuPont IM-U510LE is inspired by DuPont’s famous lighters. The luxurious phone features a 3-inch touchscreen display, a 2G-only connectivity, GPS, a 3MP camera, and gold-plated edges.
