
Memorysolution is preparing to launch a new line of ‘high speed’ Maxflash USB flash drives to its range. Available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions, each drive measures only 73 mm x 27 mm x 9 mm and weighs just over 15 grams, and provides a reading speed up to 30MB/sec and writing speed up to 20MB/sec. Memorysolution has come out with a new SSD in the form of the 64GB Maxflash. This new SSD provides a reading speed up to 160MB/s and a writing speed up to 70MB/s. It also features a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, MLC NAND flash memory chips, a JMicron controller and a mini USB connector. The Memorysolution 64GB Maxflash SSD is now available for a retail price of $185 with a 3-year warranty. [TCMagazine]
