Maxian comes back with a brand new portable media player for South Korea. The M1T Pocket Multi TV comes equipped with Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 operating system, a 3.5 inch (HVGA) touchscreen display, DMB TV tuner, supports MP4, WMV9, H.264, MPEG-2, AVI, DivX, XviD video files, supports MP3, WAV, WMA, OGG, AAC, FLAC, APE audio files and SD/SDHC memory card slot. The Korean manufacturer Maxian has announced the spanking new M1 EDU PMP that comes equipped with Dual Core CPU running on WinCe 5.0 and has a 3.5 inch touchscreen LCD, digital TV (DMB), FM radio, an SD card slot, and compatible with video codecs (Mpeg 1 to 4, WMV, AVI) and MP3 or WMA format files. Maxian is releasing a PMP with a built-in dictionary and storage of 60GB. The E900 also features a WinCE 5.0 operating system, a 4.3″ WVGA display, support for AVI, MPG, WMV, ASF, DAT, VOB, MP4(M4V), TS, MKV, OGG, MPEG-1/2, DivX, XviD, H.264, and AC3 and DTS video formats, support for MP2, MP3, MP4, WAV, WMA, OGG, ACE, AAC, FLAC, APE, MKA, TTA audio formats, can record directly in ASF format, has USB connectivity and a SD/MMC memory card slot. Maxian has showcased their new PMP called the E900W during CeBIT 2008. It features Davinci chipset and Wi-Fi support, a 4.3-inch 16:9 wide touch screen with WVGA(800 x 480) resolution, a 1.8-inch 30GB HDD, and supports H.264 format, mp3 playback and image/text viewer. [AVING]
Maxian E900T is a personal media player from Korea.It features a 4.3″ TFT touch screen, but also features interface buttons on both sides, comes in two versions: 30GB and 60GB, a memory slot that accepts SD cards, and a Li-Ion battery that has 4000mAh capacity. It has music and video playback, a DMB receiver, GPS navigation, a dictionary. The Windows CE-based system boasts an 800 x 480 4.3-inch touchscreen, a 30GB or 60GB hard drive, support for WMV, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DiVX / XviD, H.264, WMA, AAC, MP3, and OGG formats plus the aforementioned DMB compatibility. The E900T is capable of outputting 720p HD video, sports Dolby Digital and DTS surround sound, and includes Burr-Brown audio circuitry which it outputs via S/PDIF. Maxian has unveiled its latest E900 PMP in the Korean market. The Maxian E900 PMP comes with 60GB of storage capacity, a WVGA display (800×480 resolution) with 170 degrees of viewing angle, and brightness level of 350cd/m2. The gadget will be available at a price tag of $486.
