
Panasonic has decided to release the Panasonic MW-10 in the US market. The gadget combines several components into one sleek system, making it the ultimate multimedia solution for office, bedroom, or living room. The MW-10 features an integrated CD player, an FM/AM radio tuner with 45-station (30-FM/15-AM) preset memory, a universal dock for iPod, a 9-inch WVGA LCD display, and a 4GB storage space that is expandable via an SD memory card slot. In addition, its speaker is constructed with low-density bamboo cones to achieve pure sound and crisp dialogue. QNAP Systems has finally released the QNAP NMP-1000 networked media player that was debuted at 2009 CeBIT. The device supports BitTorrent Server, FTP Server, remote web browser access, and DLNA compliant. The QNAP NMP-1000 can function as an external USB or eSATA drive to your PC. Korean Giant Samsung Electronics will launch the YP-M1 Portable Media Player. Available in black and white, this music player features a 3.3-inch wide AMOLED touchscreen with an nVidia Tegra chipset for HD video playback, Samsung’s DNSe 3.0 technology, T-DMB, an FM radio, a dictionary function and a stereo speaker. The gadget also supports also features most of famous multimedia formats including MPEG4, XviD, H.264, MP3, and WMV. Measuring 9.9-mm thick, the 8GB Samsung YP-M1 is priced at 299,000 Won or around $252. The company will also release a 16GB and a 32GB models in the near future. Dubbed as the VTube, the gadget has a 2.5-inch hard drive and plays most of video files including DAT, MPG, VOB, TS, AVI, DIVX and XVID. Measuring 212mm x 150mm x 56mm, the VTube also has a USB2.0 port, an AV port, a HDMI port, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The VTube HD hard drive media player is priced at 899 Yuan or equal to $132.
