Chaintech Apogee High Performance Memory

ChainTech today released a new DDR3 memory that is specially designed for overclockers. Available in 2x 1GB and 2x 2GB configurations, the Apogee GT DDR3-2400 dual-channel memory kit is compatible with the Intel P55 platform, which provides high performance and reliability. The memory module operates at 1.6 Watt with the frequency of 2400MHz with their timings of CL 9-11-10-27. The Apogee GT DDR3-2400 will be launched in April 2010. [DailyDigitals]

Corsair has recently rolled out their latest ultra-high performance DDR3 memory module, the CMGTX1 Dominator GTX. This new 2GB memory module has passed Intel’s XMP-Ready certification process at a speed of 2333MHz making it the fastest Intel XMP-certified memory in the world. In terms of performance, the GTX is able to operate at up to 2400MHz at timings of 9-11-9-27 at 1.65V, and comes equipped with Corsair’s patented DHX+ heatsink. World First 2.5Gbps 1-Gigabit DDR3 SDRAM

Elpida Memory today unveiled the world’s first 2.5Gbps 1-Gigabit DDR3 SDRAM that is based on a copper interconnect process and new circuit technology. This new memory module offers faster speeds and an ultra-low voltage operation of 1.2V. It provides data rates of 2.5Gbps at 1.5V and 1.8Gbps at 1.2V, which is 25% faster than products with aluminum interconnects and consumes 22% less power.
