
A Chinese gadget manufacturer Window has rolled out the N9 Android 2.1-powered Mobile Internet Device (MID). The gadget features a 7-inch WVGA display, a Rockchip RK2818 processor + DSP clocked at 600MHz, the Google Android 2.1 Eclair, a 256MB RAM, Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity. Chinese gadget manufacturer RAmos today introduced its new Mobile Internet Device (MID) namely the T11AD. Powered by a 5-inch (800×480) display screen, this Android-powered tablet has a Rockship RK2818 chipset, which is capable of supporting Full HD 1080p video. Additionally, the RAmos T11AD also supports Wi-Fi, a card reader, and a USB 2.0 port. Too bad, there is no info on pricing or availability at this moment, so stay tuned. [RAmos]

Taxan Japan has recently released their latest MID, the Meopad (MEO-T740). Powered by the Microsoft Windows CE version 6.0 R3, the MID comes equipped with a 7-inch (800×480) LED backlight touchscreen, a Tegra chipset (nVidia APX 2600 TEGRA 600MHz), a 4GB of NAND memory, a 512MB of RAM, Wi-Fi b/g, a mini HD port and a G-Sensor. The MEO-T740 also supports 720p video as well as YouTube Video thanks to FlashLite. The Taxan Meopad (MEO-T740) will be available at the end of October 2010 in Japan at around 40,000 Yen ($466). RAmos comes back to the mobile internet device (MID) market by releasing the RAmos W9. It is actually a successor to the RAmos W7. The new RAmos W9 is powered by Android 2.1 OS and the Rockchip RK2818 processor. There is no further info about this gadget, so stay tuned for more updates. [IMP3]

Check out this new mobile internet device from a Shenzhen-based company Qing-Bang Electronics, the 3GNET MI13. Powered by a 1.1GHz Intel Atom Z510 processor, this pocket-friendly device boasts a 5-inch 800 x 480 display, a 512MB or 1GB RAM, a 16GB or 32GB SSD, a webcam, 3G, WiFi and comes with a 1850mAh battery. Measuring 175mm x 85mm x 27mm and weighing 455 grams, the 3GNET MI13 sells for 4,000 Yuan (about $590). Read more

Shenzhen-based company Mesada has introduced another one of its upcoming Windows CE6.0 powered MID. This still unnamed device boasts a 5-inch 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, a 833MHz Samsung S5PC100 processor, a 512MB RAM, a 32GB of Flash storage, a microSD card slot, 720p HD video playback support, GPS, 3G, WiFi, a mini-USB port, an HDMI port, a built-in 2000mAh battery and runs on Windows CE6.0 OS. Turbo has recently showed off their latest mobile internet device ‘T5′ for the Chinese market. Powered by a 667MHz Samsung processor, the device sports a 5-inch 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, a 128MB RAM, a 256MB ROM, a microSD card slot (up to 16GB), built-in GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 1500mAh battery and runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. NTT DoCoMo has recently introduced the Lynx Sharp SH-10B at the Communicasia 2010. This gadget has a high-resolution 5-inch touchscreen display and works with Android 1.6 OS. The Lynx SH 10B also has a very small keyboard for thumb typing and a track ball for navigation. Inventec comes back with their latest mobile internet device namely the Inventec Dr Eye. This Android-powered MID features a 4.8-inch touchscreen display, a 600MHz Marvell 624 processor, a QWERTY keyboard and Android 1.6 OS (Upgradable to Android 2.1). Introduced back in September last year, the W7 offers a 4.8-inch 800 x 480 capacitive touchscreen display, a 600MHz Rockchip RK2808 chipset, a 128MB RAM, an 8GB of storage, 720p HD video playback support, WiFi, 3G (optional), a 1500 mAh battery and runs on Android 1.5 OS.
