Shenzhen-based company Anson is preparing to release their newest Android-based MID for the Chinese market. Dubbed as the M500, the device packs a 5-inch 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, a 624MHz Marvell PXA303 processor, a 128MB RAM, a 256MB ROM, an SD card slot, a front camera, 720p HD video playback support, 3G, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, an HDMI output, a 2500mAh battery and runs on Android OS. Aigo today released the MID E500 in China, which comes pre-installed with Android 1.5 OS. The gadget is powered by a 600Mhz ARM+dsp dual core processor, a 5-inch touchscreen display, a 128MB RAM, an 8GB or 16GB storage capacity and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The company claims that the E500′s battery can support up to 6-hour of video playback. Additionally, the Aigo MID E500 is capable of playing 720 videos and supports most of video formats such as MKV, RM, RMVB, AVI, MOV, and FLV. ZTE today introduced a new V7 MID in Shanghai. Powered by a 806Mhz Marvell PXA310 processor, the gadget runs on Maemo OS and features a QWERTY keyboard, a 4-inch (800×480) WVGA display, a 3.2-megapixel camera and a 1800mAh battery. Here’s another upcoming Mobile Internet Device (MID) from a Chinese-based company Hongrun Electronics, the MID700. Powered by an 800MHz Telechips TCC8901 chipset, the device boasts a 7-inch 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, a 256MB RAM, a 2GB of Flash storage, an SD card slot, a miniUSB port, a USB port, an HDMI output, 1080p Full HD video playback and runs on Windows CE6.0 OS. Measuring 146mm x 75mm x 18mm, this pocket-sized device packs a 4.3-inch 480 x 800 touchscreen display, a Marvell PXA310 806MHz processor, a 2-megapixel camera at the back, a front 0.3-megapixel camera, a 128MB RAM, a microSD card slot, GPS, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, a miniUSB port, a 2600mAh battery and runs on Maemo OS. Chinese-based company Sinchun has recently showed off their newest Mobile Internet Device (MID) namely the Saycool M5A. The device sports a 5-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen display, a 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z515 processor, a SIM card slot, GPS, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 1900mAh battery and is pre-installed with Windows XP OS. Shenzhen has recently introduced the new Kinstone Mobile Internet Device at China Consumer Electronics Fair (CCEF). It is an ARM-based device that is powered by the Windows CE operating system. The gadget supports a 5-inch touchscreen display, two mini USB ports, a mini HDMI port, a microSD memory card slot and an integrated speaker. Cowon has just released an updated version of its W2 Mobile Internet Device series that comes equipped with a 32GB SSD. Dubbed as the Cowon W2 SSD, the device features a 4.8-inch 1024 x 600 resistive touchscreen display, a 1.33GHz Intel Atom processor, a 1GB RAM, WiFi, Bluetooth, dual USB ports, a mini USB port, TV-Out, an Ethernet port and runs on either Windows 7 Starter or Home Premium OS.
