Measuring 200mm x 123mm x 22mm and weighing 550g, the device sports a 7-inch 1024 x 600 touchscreen display, an Intel Atom Z510 1.1GHz processor, a 1GB DDR2 RAM, a 16GB SSD, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a SIM card slot, a 0.3MP camera, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G (optional), a 1900mAh battery and is pre-loaded with Windows XP OS. The Sinchun M5 Mobile Internet Device (MID) from Shenzen is powered by an Intel Atom Z515 processor and runs on Windows 7 OS. The gadget features a 5-inch (800 x 480) touchscreen, a 1GB DDR2 RAM, a 16GB SSD, an optional GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, a 1.3-megapixels camera, and a 2-cell 1900mAh battery.
