
The DVR-BZ130 is the latest Digital Video Recorder (DVR) from Mitsubishi that features a Blu-ray recorder. The device also boasts a 130GB HDD, a more user friendly remote control and a new Auto Cutting mode for removing all the unnecessary commercials. It seems that Mitsubishi wants to push its LaserVue HDTVs in the market by slashing its prices. The Mitsubishi L65A90 65-inch LaserVue HDTV is now available at Amazon for $6,499, giving it a $500 reduction over last September’s $6,999 introduction price. Mitsubishi is getting ready to add a new member to its Diamondcrysta monitor series with their upcoming 22-inch RDT221WH(BK). This new widescreen LCD supports a native resolution of 1680 x 1050 pixels and features 5ms GTG response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness and covers 97% of the Adobe RGB color range. The Viseo MDT243WG is Mitsubishi’s brand new 24.1-inch LCD that produces WUXGA resolution with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and a 500cd/m2 brightness level. Available in Satin Black, this LCD monitor also features two HDMI ports, S-Video, DVI-D (HDCP), D-Sub 15, and a couple of 5-Watts speakers. MITSUBISHI has unveiled its new eco-friendly LCD monitor ‘Diamodcrysta WIDE Series’ for the Japanese market. This new 20-inch LCD monitor is an energy efficient display, reducing power consumption up to 10W, and it supports 5000:1 contrast ratio. Mitsubishi today announced their brand new compact DLP Projector, the LVP-XD95ST, which is scheduled to be released on May 18th, 2009. This 1024×768 DLP data projector is perfect for use in the schools, office, or home. Priced at 100,000 Yen ($1,048), this 1024×768 DLP data projector displays a 60-inch image from only 1.1-meter (Super-Short focus lens). Now with only 40000 Yens ($400), you can buy the Mitsubishi DVR-DS120, with which you can make endless recordings of anything your cable provider may throw at you. Mitsubishi is trying to dominate the HDTV market by releasing the Unisen range of HDTVs, that consists of the 151 Series (40 inch, 46 inch and 52 inch), the 153 Series (40 inch, 46 inch and 52 inch) and the high-end Diamond 259 Series (46 inch and 52 inch). All of these new HDTVs feature Plush1080p 5G 18-bit digital video processing, USB 2.0 media port, Wired IR input, four HDMI 1.3a inputs, 120Hz Film Motion technology, integrated 5.1-channel 16-speaker audio bar, and UltraThin Frame design. Mitsubishi offers two projectors for the mass market. The WD3300U and XD3200U is perfect for schools, churches, offices, or presentation rooms. The WD3300U comes equipped with 4,000 ANSI lumens, a 2,300:1 contrast ratio, and a wide screen WXGA (1,280 x 800) resolution with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Meanwhile, the XD3200U offers 4,500 ANSI lumens, a 2,500:1 contrast ratio and a smaller XGA (1,024 x 768) resolution. The Mitsubishi DVR-BF2000 features 500GB of hard disk drive, two digital TV Tuner, and a BD-R/RE drive. You are able to record two programs simultaneously thanks to its double digital TV Tuner.
