The G2400W by BenQ, is one of the better LCD monitors on the market, which more importantly has HD and WUXGA, contrast of about 1000:1, brightness of 250cd/m2, and DVI-D connector or HDMI if you prefer. Lastly, it’s alot cheaper than Dell LCDs only going for about $520.

Asus has announced that they have dropped 3 new LCD monitors. The first one, is the 19-inch VW198, which features WSXGA + (1680×1050) resolution, 300 CD /m2 brightness, a 3,000:1 contrast ratio, five-millisecond response time, built-in one-watt stereo speakers and VGA / DVI ports to boot.People who are fans of bigger monitors,might wanna go for the 20-inch VW202 and 22-inch VW222 models that have the same features but with a 2000:1 contrast ratio. There is no pricing info yet, however, it is sure to be released sometime real soon.
