
Here is good news for all DIY PC builders, because ASUS has finally rolled out the new Crosshair IV Extreme Republic of Gamers motherboard. This mainboard boasts AMD’s 890FX chipset with user friendly overclocking features. The ASUS Crosshair IV Extreme motherboard also adopts the CrossLinx3 technology, allowing you to mix and match multiple graphics cards from both nVidia and ATI. ASUS comes back to the high-end PC motherboard market by releasing the new ASUS Rampage III Formula. Based on the Intel X58 chipset, this motherboard is compatible with Intel’s new Core i7 processors, supports six DDR3 DIM slots and three PCIe x16 slots. The ASUS Rampage III Formula motherboard also adopts the company’s X-Fi2 SupremeFX audio system and supports USB 3.0 connectivity, Ethernet and up to 24GB of RAM. ASUS has just released some shots of their new Immensity Concept Motherboard along with a couple of details to tease you a bit for now. The board will feature a Lucid Hydra chipset and ATI Radeon 5000 Series GPU along with some USB 3.0 ports. For storage there will be six SATA 3 Gbps ports as well as two more SATA 6Gbps ports.
