Motorola Xoom 2 And Xoom2 Media Edition

Motorola will launch the Xoom 2 and Xoom 2 Media Edition in the UK market next week. Both tablets feature the Google Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS, a 1.2GHz dual core processor, a front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera, a rear-facing 5-megapixel camera, an LED flash, a 1GB of RAM and a 16GB of storage. The Motorola Xoom 2 comes jam packed with a 10.1-inch HD display with Gorilla Glass, while the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has a smaller 8.2-inch HD display with Gorilla Glass. The Xoom 2 will be available on December 2nd, 2011, while the Xoom 2 Media Edition will be released on December 5th, 2011. No word on pricing at this time. [Clove]

Motorola Corvair Android-based TV Controller

Motorola Mobility has developed the Corvair Android-based TV controller. The gadget features a 6-inch touchscreen display with an IR control, an RF4CE ZigBee-based RF control protocol and a high-capacity 4,000mAH battery. Motorola will launch three new headsets that are part of the Motorola SF series. Dubbed as the Motorola SF200, SF500 and SF700, these headsets are compatible with most smartphones for audio listening and many phone fitness apps. The SF200 is a wired stereo smartphone headset that features a pair of 13mm dynamic drivers with an improved bass response. The SF500 comes equipped with a heart-rate monitor. This headset works in conjunction with a fitness app on your smartphones. And finally, the SF700 is a wireless headset that supports the Apt-X wireless technology. This technology enables wired-quality audio over Bluetooth connectivity. The Motorola SF200, SF500 and SF700 will be launched on November 6, 2011 for $49.99, $99.99 and $149.99, respectively. Motorola has unveiled its new ELITE Sliver and ELITE Flip Bluetooth headsets. Both headsets adopt an HD Audio Plus and the CrystalTalk dual-microphone noise cancellation technology that provides richer sound for all your conversations. These Bluetooth headsets are compatible with NFC-enabled phone and feature the Class 1 Bluetooth technology with an extended roaming range of up to 300 feet. The Motorola ELITE Sliver provides up to 5-hour of talk time, while the Motorola ELITE Flip offers up to 6-hour of talk time. Motorola today introduced the new Xoom Family Edition Android-powered tablet. The gadget is equipped with a dual-core 1GHz nVidia Tegra 2 processor, a 10.1-inch (1280×800) IPS touchscreen display, a 1GB of RAM, a 16GB of internal storage space, a 5MP AutoFocus rear-facing camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording, and the Google Android 3.1 Honeycomb OS. Additional features include Zoodles, the Kid Mode app, Motorola’s MotoPrint and MotoPack, Quickoffice, Asphalt 6, and SIM City Deluxe. Motorola To Release The First Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Tablet

Motorola is now testing prototypes of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich tablet. The successor to the XOOM tablet series will feature a new nVidia quad-core Kal-El processor and a 10-inch (2048 x 1536) HD display with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
