Accessory specialist Kensington has taken the initiative to charity the Breast Cancer Campaign by donating ten percent of its profit for each Si750 wireless optical mouse sold. Aimed at notebook users, the mouse is extremely compact because of the USB receiver can be stored into the back of the mouse safely after use. The device requires only a single AA battery to provide up to six months’ of power for the average use. The special edition Si750 will be available next month for approx. $80 through Currys and PC World stores.

SolidAlliance has an excellent mouse cover shaped like a Japanese Omuraice (a rice omelette). It is actually a typical Japanese dish in which an omelette covers a rice dish, with a little bit of ketchup on top, or curry, depending on your taste. No info on pricing and availability yet. Buffalo introduced their two new portable mice; the BLMU-R/S and BOMU-W05/S. The BLMU-R/S measures 60mm x 91mm x 35mm and weight 69grams and has a retractable USB cable. Kokuyo Japan produced a dual purpose mouse with a built in laser pointer. The mouse has a resolution of 800 dpi with laser pointer switch that ranges up to 25 meters. You can activate the pointer by switching it under the scroll wheel. The Kokuyo Mouse is Windows and Mac OS compatible. It’s now available in Japan for only $38.

SplitFish has a new toy for PS2 owners! That will bring their First Person Shooter experience to the next level when used. Dubbed as the EdgeFX mouse, it comes with the Dual Shock controller’s four face buttons on its side, and with a secondary controller that houses the analog and D-pads. Too bad, it is compatible only with the PS2. The EdgeFX mouse should be available at retail stores this week and with the price tag of $70.

The idea to create portable ashtray comes after the legislation that prohibits smoking on the streets and the littering of cigarette butts was enforced. Made of durable die-cast metal, each Zippo Portable Ashtray retails for around $25 at Rakuten (Japan).
