Samsung has finally unveiled more details about the Beat R1 media player. Measuring 8.9mm thick and weighing at just 50 grams, the R1 boasts a 2.6-inch LCD touchscreen, an FM tuner, and bluetooth. Its battery provides up to 50-hour audio playback or up to 4-hour of video playback. Available in pink, black, and silver, the Samsung Beat R1 supports DivX video files and Samsung’s fantastic Digital Natural Sound Engine (DNSe) 3.0 sound enhancement technology. Earlyadopters’ The AUDIO System

Korea’s EarlyAdopter has unveiled The AUDIO system concept that looks like some sort of strange antennae or musical instrument. The gadget houses all of its audio circuitry inside the central tower and comes with a pair for super-slim satellite speakers. It has several control bars that stick out of the sides of the main tower. Depending on mode, each of the metal rods controls a different feature. The bars control the band, station and volume in radio mode. meanwhile, the top bar controls the track, the middle bar controls the playback mode, and the bottom remains as volume in MP3 playback mode. The AUDIO system features a built-in AM/ FM tuner, a DMB/DAB tuner, a 3.5mm stereo jack, and an SD card slot. Read more
