Here is a new 7 inch LCD module from NEC. The new 7 inch amorphous-silicon thin-film-transistor LCD module (NL8048BC19-02) offers WVGA resolution and has a long-life white LED as the light source. It is able to provides 50,000 hours of life span. The screen also has low power consumption. Other features include viewing angles of 160 degrees, a contrast ratio of 1,000:1 and fast response time of 25 milliseconds. [UberGizmo]

NEC has unveiled their new mobile projectors, the NP100 and NP200. These projectors sports a contrast ratio of 1,300 to 1, monitor output, VGA, S-Video and composite video/audio inputs and an aspect ratio of 4:3 and 16:9. The NP100 has only SVGA (800×600) resolution, while the NP200 offers XGA (1024×768) resolution for computers and other high-resolution sources. The NP100 is rated at 2,000 lumens, with the NP200 a bit brighter at 2,100 lumens. The NEC NP100 and NP200 will be release in April for $499 and $649, respectively. [Electronista]

NEC has made the La Vie in many designs and has now launched a new one based on a Japanese series called Kimi Kiss. The Kimi Kiss laptop comes in tones of colors along with a 2GHz Mobile Sempron 3600+ CPU, 512MB of RAM, an 80GB hard drive, DVD combo drive and a 15.4-inch 1,280 x 800 resolution panel. NEC will be released the new NP3151W widescreen installation projector that boasts 4,000-lumen brightness LCD projector, a maximum of 1,280 x 800 WXGA resolution, and connectivity to wireless networks. NEC has dropped the MultiSync LCD5220 52″ display. The LCD5220 is used for digital signage applications and professional boardrooms. The 5220 features a full high-definition, wide-screen display and advanced digital signage technology suite (DSTS) and supports 1080i/p, 720p, 480i/p resolution and has a brightness level of 700 cd/m2 and a contrast ratio of 2,000:1. NEC will be launching it’s new N905i phone in Japan. The N905i comes with a 5.2 megapixel camera with face-detection and auto-focus function, high-speed mobile web browsing along with HSDPA support and a 1-Seg TV tuner. NEC will release some new AccuSync LCD monitors. The AccuSync series will come in 17″, 19″ and 22″ versions with support for DVI and VGA video input. The 17″ LCD174WXM features a 250cd/m2 brightness, 8ms pixel response time, and 800:1 contrast ratio.The 19″ model has a brightness level of 300cd/m2 and a contrast ratio to 1,000:1.Lastly, the 22″ monster offers you a 300cd/m2 brightness and a 900:1 contrast ratio.
