According to Evan Wilson of Pacific Crest Securities, there’s a rumor that there will be a Wii 2 and Xbox number 3 coming out in 2010. It also said that the Xbox might be ahead of it’s competition and might launch sooner. Wilson also predicts a new Nintendo DS and PSP in 2010. We’ll keep you updated on both of these as time passes.

Who said that giving your gadgets a smack was a bad thing? According to Wired Blogger Geekdad and Nintendo support, that was the word of wisdom he was given. As you can see, the girl pictured above has gone beyond that and seems to be getting naughty with her Wii remote!
Friendly Nintendo Help Desk Lady: “Okay – I want you to take the remote, button side down and smack it into the palm of your hand two or three times.”
Russ: “You’ve got to be kidding”
Friendly Nintendo Help Desk Lady: “No sir, do it hard enough that I can hear it across the phone line but not hard enough to damage the remote”

Good news for gamers in Japan. Nintendo “Wii Fit” home fitness game will be available in Japan on December 1 for about $75. The new game features the “Wii Balance Board”, which can sense when a person moves and leans, enabling players to play virtual soccer balls and experience ski jumping on a TV screen. In addition, the board can also be used for yoga and aerobics.
