Wii Fit is a new innovative product from Nintendo. It is actually a workout product which features a pressure sensitive balance board that will let it’s users practice and perform activities including aerobics, yoga, traditional muscle training and muscle stretching together with all kinds of games. The Nintendo DS Lite was already available in Ceramic White, Jet Black, Pink, Enamel Navy and Light Blue. The console will be available in two new colors, Metallic Rose and Glossy Silver. They will be launched in Japan on June 23 for $140. Hit the jump to see more pics.
British Telecom (BT) develops a BT Balance System technology, which eliminates the need for a mouse or keyboard on notebooks when performing some tasks. The Balance System utilizes a motion sensitive chip and a special software that enables users to turn pages of electronic books and documents with a simple flip of the monitor. This technology is similar to the motion-sensing used in the Nintendo Wii. In the future, the BT Balance system will help people with disabilities or the elderly, for whom using a keyboard or mouse can be difficult.
ThinkGeek Gadget store offers a Nintendo Wii accessory called the WiiHelm. Using this helmet, you can play Wii tennis using your head. The WiiHelm is available for $24.99. Watch the demo video after the jump to get more details!
Nintendo has just unveiled their 2nd Quarter line-up, although the Gameboy Advance only has one upcoming title, the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS will be receiving new games like Mario Party 8 for the Nintendo Wii and a new Nintendo DS Browser.
