This modder claims to have created “the world’s first carbon fiber MacBook†(notice the quotes). He used Carbon Graphix, a $20 vinyl sticker you can get just about anywhere and slapped it on his MacBook like a decal. The thing really looks like real carbon fiber so it could fool people on the first pass. Ok so it’s not the real thing but don’t you wish you could make your MacBook super light as air and super durable with a $20 sticker? LOL. Not a bad idea though. More pictures after the jump.
The sticker can be easily applied and removed from your MacBook to give it that MacBook Pro look. This definitely beats the alternative, and looks more polished too.

Charlie White from Gizmodo calls these all new and never seen before laptop covers “the stupidest accessory everâ€. I think they are nice and I might need them to cover up my laptop. The best part above all is that its price is just US$25 each. What do you think of these products?
Lapstyle calls these “the all new, never seen before” laptop covers, and there’s a good reason why they’ve never been seen before: they are the stupidest accessory ever. The last thing a laptop needs is a cover that makes it retain heat. If you hate your laptop and it’s completely insured, get yourself one of these. Unless you’re planning some computing sessions at the North Pole, this is definitely one of the dumbest ways to spend $25 we’ve seen in a long, long time. This is a joke, right?
