
Asus comes back with a new desktop replacement with Intel Core i7 processors for high definition cinematic visual enjoyment. The Asus M60J comes wih either Intel’s Core i7 720QM (1.6GHz) or 820QM (1.73GHz) processor, a 16-inch (1366×768) HD LCD display with a 16:9 aspect ratio, up to 4GB DDR3 RAM, max 500GB of hard drive, and a 1GB of nVidia GeForce GT240M graphics card. According to ASUS, the M60J provides high definition cinematic visual enjoyment, true-to-life virtual surround sound, one-touch multimedia center, and extensive multimedia and data storage. LG Electronics today unveiled its new WIDEBOOK notebook range that provides an extreme entertainment experience to consumers. The LG WIDEBOOK range consists of five models including the R580, R560, R480, R460 and R380. Each models features an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, an SRS TruSurround HD sound, and a wide 16:9 HD LED-backlit display, which is optimized for HD content and provides in 1600 x 900 and 1368 x 768 HD pixel resolutions, depending on the model.
The R580 and R560 boast a 15.6-inch display, while the R480 and R460 feature a 14-inch screen. The R380 is a smaller model that comes with a 13.3-inch panel. The R580 and R480 are positioned as premium models and sport a stylish design, while the R560 and R460 are reliable everyday workhorses and the R380 offers a blend of performance at an affordable price. BenQ has announced two new CULV laptop namely the Joybook S35 and Joybook S43. The former has a 13.3-inch LCD display with an Intel GMA4500HD graphics, while the latter provides a 14-inch LCD screen with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD4300 graphics. Both notebooks come jam packed with feature a CULV CPU (Consumer Ultra Low Voltage) which comes in different CPU flavors including a 1.4GHz Core 2 Solo, a 1.2GHz Celeron 732, a 1.3GHz Core 2 Duo SU7300 and a 1.3GHz Celeron 743. Japanese laptop manufacturer DosPara has rolled out the Prime Note Galleria GS notebook PC that boasts a 15.4-inch with a 1280 x 800 WXGA resolution, a 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 CPU, an nVidia GeForce 966M GS with 512MB of VRAM, a 4GB of DDR2 SDRAM, and a 500 GB of SATA HDD. Maingear today rolled out their latest 15-inch notebook for gamers, which is known as the eX-L 15. The laptop supports up to a 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Quad CPU, a 1GB nVidia GeForce GTX 260M, a 1680×1050 display resolution, up to 8GB of RAM, a Blu-ray drive, and either a 500GB conventional hard drive or a 256GB SSD. The eX-L 15 with a basic configuration retails for a hefty $1,899 but comes outfitted with a 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a 4GB of memory, a 160GB drive and a DVD burner. Toshiba today announced the availability of the Satellite A500 laptop that comes equipped with a wide HD LCD display. The multimedia notebook PC comes with a 16-inch HD Toshiba TruBrite display with 16:9 aspect ratio that offers a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and a 200 cd/m² brightness level. The high-end laptop also features a built-in TV-Tuner to receive analogue and digital TV channels over DVB-T, an HD webcam, and high-end Harman Kardon stereo speakers. What makes the Satellite A500 more special is that it can be operated with a remote control thanks to the REGZA-Link, a HDMI CEC(High-Definition Multimedia Interface Consumer Electronics Control) interface. The Satellite A500 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU or an AMD Turion X2 Ultra Dual-Core CPU, up to 8 GB DDR memory, up to 500GB HDD, and the ATI Mobility Radeon HD GPUs with up to 1GB DDR3 VRAM. The MSI CR400 Classic series notebook has been released. It is a high-end laptop with a uni-body design, Color Film Print and 45-degree edges. The MSI CR400 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a 14-inch LED-backlit display with a 1,366 x 768 resolution and an nVidia GeForce 8200M G graphics card. Other features include Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium, a 4-in-1 card reader, a DVD drive, Wi-Fi, a 1.3-megapixel webcam and three USB ports. Pricing info is still unavailable. Gateway has recently introduced a new notebook series intended for the back-to-school audience. The NV series has a minimalist and glossy design with touch-sensitive shortcut keys. Priced at around $500, the basic model features a 15.6-inch 1366×768 LED-backlit display, a 2.1GHz Athlon 64 X2 CPU, a 4GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive and an integrated-level Radeon HD 3200 for graphics. Hewlett-Packard will launch the ProBook 4310s on July 20th, 2009. It is a 13.3-inch laptop that is powered by Intel Celeron or Core 2 Duo CPU, FreeDOS or Vista operating system, a DVD or Blu-ray optical drive, and an integrated or discrete graphics (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 with a 512MB of RAM and HyperMemory support). The HP ProBrook 4310s also supports up to 8GB RAM, EV-DO, ExpressCard 34, and an SD memory card. The HP ProBook 4310s is priced at $799 upwards, depending on the specs.
