Panasonic Expands Lumix FS Camera Line

Panasonic has announced three new digital cameras for its Lumix FS series. The 12MP FS12 comes with 4x (31-124mm equiv.) optical zoom and a 2.7-inch LCD with Intelligent Auto mode, Optical Image Stabilization and Face Detection. Meanwhile, the DMC-FS62 and FS42 feature 10MP sensors with 2.5-inch LCDs, 4x (33-132mm equiv.) zoom lenses and include features such as Intelligent ISO Control, Intelligent Scene Selector and Face Detection. Known as the SV-ME850V, the gadget supports WMA, MP3 and AAC Audio files directly from SD and SDHC cards, and is capable to record TV up to 11hours (on a 32GB SDHC Card). Panasonic SC-HC4 and SC-HC3 iPod Docks

Here are the superslim iPod docks from Panasonic Japan. Known as the SC-HC4 and SC-HC3, both gadgets have the same features except for the SC-HC3 that lacks a SD card slot. These docking stations offer AM/ FM radio, digital amplifier delivering 20Watts × 2 channels output, CD player and a SD card slot (HC4 only). The speakers are made of a high quality Bamboo fiber material to make it lightweight and produces deep sound. The Panasonic SC-HC4 will be available in silver, pink and black for 40,000 Yen ($450) and the Panasonic SC-HC3 will be available in silver for 35,000 Yen ($400). Panasonic’s super slim 54Z1 plasma TV has been unveiled. What makes this thin plasma TV special is that its wireless HD receiver box that comes along with it. The plasma also comes with a remote which is an RF unit that is capable of non-line-of-sight channel changing. There is no further info about the pricing of this plasma TV. Panasonic has rolled out the world’s first dual deck VHS Blu-ray player called the DMP-BD70V. The device features multi-format playback allowing the user to play VHS, CD, DVD and 1080p high definition Blu-ray Discs. Not only that, all video formats will be given a 1080p up-conversion as well. The system also comes with a built-in SD memory card slot and USB 2.0 port, making it easy for you to view and share both digital still images and videos. Panasonic Portable Digital-TV Receiver with Built in Blu-ray Player

You can now watch high-definition movies on the go with the Panasonic Viera DMP-BV100. This portable digital TV receiver comes with a built in Blu-ray player and has an 8.9-inch TFT screen with a 1024×600-pixel resolution. Its TV receiver also allows you to watch your favorite channels digitally. Other features include HDMI plug to connect it to a larger screen, and an Ethernet connection. Its battery provides enough juice for up to 2.5 hours of playback and only needs seven hours to fully recharge.
