Pantech has recently announced its new slim DMB slider phone in Korea today. Measuring at just 9.9 mm thick, the gadget is one of the slimmest mobiles TV phone in Korea. The phone also features a 1.3MP camera, 2.2 inch display screen, MP3 player, and built in dictionary.
Pantech unveiled the S100, which is their new sleek candybar phone. It will be available through Telcel, the largest service provider in Mexico. The handset was honored at the 2007 iF (International Forum) Design Awards for excellence in cellular phone design. The GSM/GPRS Tri-band phone also comes with some pretty standard features including an integrated camera with 4x digital zoom, a video recorder. a 1.8 inch TFT LCD display, MP3 player, Bluetooth connectivity, voice memo function, flight mode function, and speakerphone. No info on pricing yet.
The AT&T Pantech C510 phone has been approved by the FCC, so expect the handset to debut anytime soon. The mobile phone features a cool brushed metal look and comes with dedicated music controls on the outer casing. The C510 sports EDGE, Bluetooth, digicam, multimedia player, etc. Sadly, the release date and pricing are still in mystery.

Here is an update for the Pantech IM-U170 that we mentioned several days ago. Just a recap, the phone has the similar design with the LG Shine. It provides a mirror-like keypad, a 2.0MP shooter, secondary VGA camera, microSD card slot, HSDPA, and a host of multimedia functions.
The keypad is illuminated with Electroluminescense light, while the GUI is flash based and has the world’s first face-recognition mobile game. Its integrated camera tracks the user’s face movement and acts as a controller for the game. The phone will be on sale under SKY in Korea. Read the full specs after the jump!

Although having some financial troubles, Pantech & Curitel continues to offer innovative phones such as the Sky IM-U160. Its design is superb and so are the specifications. The phone has a 2.6 inch display, DMB and PMP, a 2MP camera, an electronic dictionary, a Vibration Motor, an MP3 player, 184MB of memory and a MicroSD port. Its 2.6 inches display dominates the phone’s design. When closed, the phone appears to be little more than an attractive display. Sadly, the Sky IM-U160 is only available in Korea. Measuring 119 mm x 53 mm x 23.2 mm and weighing 157.7 grams, it has a 2.6 inch WQVGA 262K colors touch screen display, 3.0MP digicam, built-in DMB tuner, 4 channel stereo speakers, MP3 player, PictBridge, and electronic dictionary.
