Gear of Wars fans will be happy to hear that Statue-maker Mindzeye Studios and Epic Games will release bronze statues based on characters from the Gears of War universe. These statues will be available next year. In case you didn’t know, Gears of War game has sold over 4 million copies on the Microsoft’s Xbox 360 and will be available later this Fall for PC.
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is a first-person shooter developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision for PC, Microsoft Xbox 360, and Sony PlayStation 3. The game will be released worldwide in November 2007. Watch the “Heavy Firepower” gameplay after the jump.
GameTrailers provides us with the Assassin’s Creed’s new trailer. The game is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. According to rumor, Assassin’s Creed will be released worldwide in November 9, 2007. In addition, Ubisoft also has announced that the PC version of the game has been delayed till early 2008. Winning Eleven: Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 is a video game in the Pro Evolution Soccer series by Konami. It features a new adaptive AI system entitled Teamvision, which is a sophisticated AI programming that learns and adapts according to an individual’s style of play. Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 will be released for PC, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Sony PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, PSP, and Microsoft Xbox 360. If you’re a PC gamer, so this might be good news for you. A demo for the highly anticipated first person shooter, Crysis, will be released on September 25th, 2007. The demo will include the entire first level, “Contact.†Along with this, Crytek promises that there will be a huge surprise in stock for gamers. The full version of this game is expected to hit shelves on November 16th, 2007.
Here is a new movie trailer of The Hitman. It is a 2007 film adaptation of the video game series Hitman from Eidos. The film is directed by Xavier Gens and stars Timothy Olyphant, while the script is written by Skip Woods. Hitman is slated for an October 12, 2007 release but has been delayed and is now scheduled for release on November 21, 2007. Watch the trailer after the jump.
2K Games has announced that Mafia 2 is in development. It is a sequel to the original that sold more than two million copies worldwide. The Mafia 2 is being developed by Illusion Softworks for next-gen consoles and PC. See more screenshots after the jump.
Hellgate: London will be hitting the U.S. stores on October 31(Halloween) and on November 2 in Europe and the rest of the world. It is a PC game under development by Flagship Studios. This role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic London, and made by the people who created the Diablo and Diablo II.
EA Sports shows us some new screenshots of NHL 08, which showcases some of the game’s new features. Some of the new features include “On the Fly AI†and “Create a Play.†NHL 08 is currently available for pre-order on EA’s website, and will be released in September 11th.
