PhotoFast i-FlashDrive Provides More Storage Space For iPad And iPhone

If you need more storage space for your iPhone, iPad or iPad 2, then check out the new i-FlashDrive from PhotoFast. The device provides up to 32GB of storage space on your iOS device. Unlike Seagate’s GoFlex Satellite, the i-FlashDrive does not require a Wi-Fi connection. It is basically a memory dongle that features a 30-pin connector on one side and a USB plug on the other, which makes it easy to carry around. PhotoFast has introduced a new line of SSD to its range by unveiling the GMonster3 XV2. Coming in capacities ranging from 64GB to 512GB, these high performance 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, TRIM support and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 500MB/s and 450MB/s, respectively. The 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB GMonster3 XV2 SSDs will go on sale in Japan this April for $110, $200, $400 and $800, respectively. [PhotoFast]

You can also use iPADock to charge up your iPad, iPod Touch, iPod Nano and iPod Classic. The PhotoFast LSI PCIe SSD will go on sale next month. This gaming-oriented solid state drive is compatible with the PCI-Express 2.0 slot on any motherboard. The storage device provides a 512MB of onboard cache and a maximum read speeds of 1400 MB/s as well as a maximum write speed of 1500 MB/s. Photofast iPad Camera Concept

One of the biggest complaints about the new Apple iPad is the lack of a built in camera, but everyone expected for the third party companies to come in and release their own cameras for the iPad. Photofast is one of the first that has started working on a prototype camera, which is basically a Microsoft webcam that hooks up to the iPad’s docking port. PhotoFast Unveils G-Monster V4 1.8-Inch SSDs

PhotoFast has announced a new series of 1.8-inch SSDs by unveiling the G-Monster V4. Coming in capacities ranging from 32GB to 256GB, these drives are available in three different versions, either with 40-pin ZIF, 44-pin IDE or 50-pin IDE connection interface. They also feature MLC NAND flash memory chips, a 64MB of cache memory, an active garbage collection function and provide read and write speeds of up to 128MB/s and 90MB/s, respectively.
