
Pioneer will be releasing two new 7.1 AV amplifiers at the end of June known as the VSA-LX51, and VSA-1018AH. Both amps support HDMI 1.3 (3 input / 1 out), Dolby NR TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, DTS-HD High Resolution Audio, Dolby digital plus, and DTS EXPRESS. They also come with an USB port to play MP3, WMA, AAC files and the LX51 (only) has an additional video upscaler to upscale an image to 720p and 1080p. Pioneer is launching a new combo DVD Player/5.1 Surround System called the HTZ-373DV. The HTZ-373DV features a HDMI output in 1080p, can decode Dolby NR Digital, Dolby NR Professional Logic II, and DTS formats, and has support for MP3 and WMA files along with five 60W surround speakers, one 60W subwoofer, and one 30W central speaker. Pioneer will be dropping a portable car navigation called the Air Navigator AVIC-T10 in Japan. It supports 1-Seg and HSDPA, has a 5.8-inch WVGA monitor, supports MP3/WMA/AAC playback and has a 4GB flash memory. The Air Navigator will be available in Japan in early June. [AVING]

Pioneer has released a new in-Car Audio system in Japan called the DVH-P530. It’s compatible with MP3, WMA, and AAC files as well as DivX. [Akihabara]

Pioneer will be releasing some 1080p LCD monitors. They both come with an Optimum Mode, which “simultaneously monitors video and room light conditions” and then makes the most appropriate adjustments based on what it senses, and “industry leading” calibration features. The 50-inch PRO-111FD ($5,000) and PRO-151FD ($6,500) feature a two year warranty. The Signature Series PRO-101FD (50-inch) / PRO-141FD (60-inch) units will be available in October and August for unknown prices. [Engadget]

It comes with LCoS technology, dual HDMI 1.3 ports, wide lens shift capacity, and 3 viewing modes (standard, dynamic and movie). The KURO KRF-9000FD full HD projector from Pioneer is using high reflectivity LCoS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) technology to produce contrast ratio of 30,000:1. The projector also offers 2x motorized zoom/focus lens, 80% vertical and +-34% horizontal lens shift, 600 lumens brightness, 2 HDMI ports, 24db noise level and 280W of power consumption. The Pioneer F500 has finally received FCC’s approval to ship this GPS system to the States. The F500 features bluetooth for hands-free calling, an optional traffic antenna, and a ND-BC2 add-on to hook the unit on a rear view camera, and an SD card slot. No word on price or availability for this GPS system but it’s now available in Europe as the NavGate 500 for 699 Euros or $1100 which is on the pricey side. [Navigadget]
