Toshiba is offering SD Multi Tool and the SD Photo Editor hand-helds with touchable LCD. The SD Multi Tool features dual 3.5-inch touchable (finger or stylus) LCDs, rated at 960 x 480, wireless connectivity, web-browsing capable, and HDMI out. It is excellent for videos or photo editing. The SD Photo Editor features 5-inch WVGA screen with 16 million colors, and is equipped with dual SD card slots, while the Multi Tool just has one microSD slot. Both supposed to retail in 2009 for approximately $300 US. [Engadget]

It has a 3-inch display, 2GB of internal memory, video support, preinstalled emulators (NES / SEGA Genesis), audio playback capabilities, photo viewer, SD card slot, and an integrated speaker for $169. Along with the usual features like mp3 playback, image/text viewer, calculator, calendar, Widget interface and Office Viewer. Viliv has designed the new X5 AIO portable media player by YuKyung Technologies for the Korean market.The device features wireless internet using an exclusive browser, video player for various formats, Flash Lite 3.0, T-DMB, mp3 player, video playback, navigation function, and T-DMB. The AIO runs on an Alchemy Au1250 processor and has a 4.8-inch WVGA LCD touch screen and jog wheel. The Viliv X5 AIO PMP will be available in 30GB and 60GB capacities with 6 hours of playback time. China will drop the new WIN-A608 portable media player resembling a keychain. The WIN-A608 will come with a 1.2″ OLED display, support for MTV, DMV, MPX, MP3 and WMA file formats, 6 equalizer settings, English-Chinese dictionary, E-book reader, and an integrated FM radio. Philips has announced the arrival of their newest MP4 player called the SA33. It comes with a 2.4 inch wide QVGA screen with 320 x 240 resolutions, 2GB storage, built-in speaker, FM radio, E-book (txt), photo viewer, USB 2.0 and support for MP3, WMA, WAV and AVI formats. Now available at Ipmart for $135.
