More Info About Archos 9 Tablet

Archos has unveiled more info about their upcoming touchscreen tablet, the Archos 9. This 9-inch tablet is powered by an Intel Atom processor, up to 120GB disk drive, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity and Microsoft’s Windows 7 operating system. Other features include a 1GB of RAM, a lithium-ion battery, webcam, and the virtual keyboard. It also comes bundled several softwares including Microsoft Office and Skype. Xtune today introduced a new concept of portable speaker in South Korea. Dubbed as the XTS-02tok, the device can be attached to any laptops, bags, or clothes. The speaker comes with a battery that provides enough juice for up to 6-7 hours. Its battery can be recharged through USB port. The XTS-02tok also has a maximum output power of 3Watts. iRex Technologies today unveiled the iRex DR800SG, an 8.1-inch touch-screen e-Book reader that has multi-mode 3G wireless capabilities to access its online bookstore. The gadget will also play nice with several other store formats including Fictionwise, LibreDigital and Newspaper Direct and the universal EPUB format. The iRex DR800SG is powered by a multi-standard Qualcomm Gobi chipset with a 2GB of internal memory to store your favorite titles. Woongjin's Latest Personal Navigation Device

Korea based Woongjin today rolled out the Go&Joy PND for the Korean market. The gadget is able to display both 2D and 3D maps as well as 3D GUI. The Go&Joy can also be used as a PMP with the support of different video and audio format and thanks to its 900MHz processor. There is no info on pricing or availability at this time. Laptop manufacturer MSI has entered the Porable Media Player market by releasing the MT-V656. The gadget boasts a 3-inch LCD display, a silver casing, a video output, an FM tuner, an e-book reader, a digital voice recorder, games, and support for around 26 different languages. The player also support most of famous multimedia formats including MP3, WMA, WAV, FLAC, APE, ACC, OGG, MPEG-4, XviD, DivX, and WMV. Pure has announced the Sensia, which is touted as the world’s first high resolution DAB digital and Internet-connected radio with a large 5.7 inch 640 x 480 high resolution colour touchscreen, giving you a unique way to enjoy internet radio content and podcasts, DAB and FM radio stations, your own music collection via Wi-Fi, online apps and unique broadcast material. The Sensia is also a media streamer enabling users to listen to music stored on a home computer or network storage device via Wi-Fi. Media streaming requires UPnP server or Mac or PC running UPnP server software, which Pure says is supplied upon registration to www.thelounge.com, Pure’s own radio and media portal. Other specs include two 3-inch full-range drivers, an RF remote, an optional rechargeable battery, and 802.11b and 802.11g WiFi with WEP and WPA/WPA2 encryption.
