
Polaroid has announced that their new cellphone printer uses zink technology when printing, known as zero-ink technology. Sounds pretty interesting, to find out more about this feature check out the link after the jump.

Designed by Jin Woo Han, the “Roller Printer” uses roll paper instead of traditional sheets. The printer boasts a built-in “cutter” for efficient printing. The Roller Printer fits anything from an A4 to A3 paper. Check more pics after the jump.

You’ll never have to write your own titles on your freshly burnt CD’s anymore with the Casio disc title printer. It can print text and images at 200 dpi. For people with bad handwriting this will be pretty ideal, throw out your sharpie’s because this printer takes red, blue, black, and green. The printer goes for about $60 while the ribbon is an extra $25.
Here is a giant color printer from Hewlett Packard. The HP Scitex TJ8500 is a high-speed wide format digital printer that features production speed up to 70 sheets/hour or 400 sqm/hour at 336dpi. The printer utilities environmentally friendly HP Scitex UV850 Supreme inks, which are ideal for a wide range of substrates including self-adhesive, vinyl, banners, canvas, offset, screen papers, and uncoated synthetic materials. Pricing and availability info of this huge printer are still unavailable.

Sharp has recently unveiled a new digital full-color compound machine MX-4500DS printer. It is able to print pictures on A 4 glossy paper with “poster print function”. This machine can be used as a copier and a scanner. No further info on this device so far. So stay tuned for more updates.

Epson Stylus Pro 3800 printer has received Italy’s most prestigious recognition for environmental achievement, the 2007 ecohitech award at a ceremony in Milan on 29th October. The printer adopts Epson’s revolutionary UltraChrome K3 Ink with industry leading 8-color pigment technology professional-quality color and black-and-white prints. It also utilities MicroPiezo AMC Print Head technology to produce sharp images at the maximum resolution of 2880 x 1440dpi with variable sized droplets as small as 3.5 picoliters. Other features include Accuphoto HD Screening, high-capacity paper feeder (120 sheets of plain paper), one high speed USB 2.0 and one 10/100 BaseT Ethernet interface for connectivity.

Xerox Corporation today introduced their new color laser printer, called the Phaser 6130. The printer is able to print color documents at 12 pages per minute and prints brilliantly with Black & White ink at a fast rate of 16 pages per minute. The Phaser 6130 adopts Xerox’s environmentally friendly Emulsion Aggregation High Gloss Toner to produce textures with crisp text and uniform color. The printer is powered by a 333MHz processor, 1GB memory, a 250-sheet paper tray for maximizing uptime and increasing productivity. It prints at 600x600x4 dpi resolution with 16 shades of color per pixel and includes true Adobe PostScript3, Pantone-approved color, continuous tone and Xerox Color Correction tables deliver professional-looking color for presentations. The Phaser 6130 is now available for $499 after a $50 instant-rebate. This offer expires at the end of December.

HP Japan will release its latest C8180 All in One Printer later this month. This all-in-one Printer adopts 3.5 inch liquid crystal touch screen display. Measuring 448mm × 392mm × 216mm and weighing at 11.4kg, the printer also sports USB 2.0, IEEE 802.11b/g, Ethernet and Bluetooth. HP Photosmart C8180 comes bundled with Smart for Windows Web Printing Software. Its scanner feature allows users to scan documents/ pictures at 9,600dpi. HP C8180 will be available for $6400(after conversion).

The Epson PX-G5300 printer is the latest model launched by Epson. Scheduled to be sold by the end of 2007, the PX-G5300 comes loaded with PX-G ink having all 8 colors. The printer has resistance ozone characteristic and can deliver smooth beige beautifully. It works with LCCS (Logical Color Conversion System) technology and can fulfill all kinds of printing demands. Its data table ensures that ink is not wasted, as it expresses which ink and in how much quantity needs to be used for a printing process. This new printer also comes fitted with MSDT that controls the minute ink at 3 size delivering fine photographs. Epson’s PX-G5300 printer will be arrived in the market by the end of the year.

Epson comes back with its new PX-V780 printer that allows you to have all the color pigments with clear paper. The PX-V780 is expected to rock the market as soon as it arrives in a store near you this October. It also specializes in giving you vivid print clearly even on a recycled paper. This unique printer from Epson can also be used with the print adapter. The Epson PX-V780 will be released on 4th October 2007.
