Samsung SP-P410M LED Pocket Projector

Samsung has recently released their latest ultra compact LED projector in South Korea and Germany. Measuring 147.5mm x 66.3mm x 145.5mm, the Samsung SP-P140 supports resolutions up to SXGA (1280×1024), but only display SVGA (800×600), with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and a 170 ANSI Lumen brightness. Latest Home Theater Projector From Vivitek

Vivitek today introduced a new member from its projector series. Dubbed as the H1080FD, this projector features a native 1080p (1920×1080) resolution, a 1,800 lumens of brightness and a contrast ratio of 5,000:1. Other connectivity options include two HDMI ports, Composite Video, S-Video, Component Video, RS-232c and a 12v Trigger. Each lamp has a life of 3,000 hours with a noise level of 29dB. It incorporates a DLP® chipset from Texas Instruments to ensure the digital images don’t fade or degrade over time. The H1080FD home theater projector will be available in August 2009 through authorized Vivitek retailers, dealers and distributors. NEC NP4100 Projector

NEC has finally unveiled their latest large venue projector known as the NP4100. This projector provides 6,200 ANSI lumens, a XGA (1,024 x 768) resolution and a 2,100:1 contrast ratio. The projector can display screen sizes from 40- to 500-inch at projection distances between 2.6 and 283 feet. Another feature is the wide array of connection panels that are included like RGB, 5BNC, DVI, component, composite, S-video, and several audio ports. There is also a USB port for computer free presentations by connecting a Flash drive instead of a computer cord. The BeamBox Essential G2 is a must have pocket projector for professionals who are always on the go. Weighing at only 75-grams, the G2 features a 640 x 480 LCoS chip with a LED bulb that produces at around 20 lumens. The LED bulb will last for 30000 hours. The mini projector draws its power from USB 2.0 port, and also outputs images from the computer via the same USB 2.0 port. You can use the G2 either as a primary monitor, or in extended mirror mode. The entry-level XGA projector adopts 3LCD Display Technology to produce a 1024 x 768 resolution with 2,600 lumens, which is bright enough for use in a room with existing light. The LV-7275 also features DVI and VGA connectivity, RCA input, an Ethernet jack, and a 1.2X zoom lens. Other features include automatic color adjustment and whiteboard mode. Samsung MBP200 Pico Projector Released in Germany

Samsung’s famous MBP200 Pico Projector has been released in Germany for 375 Euros or around $521. As a reminder, the MBP200 sports a 2.2-inch QVGA screen, a microSD slot, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Canon REALiS WUX10 Mark II D and REALiS SX80 Mark II D Multimedia Projectors

Canon just released a couple of new DICOM compliant projectors that will provide a DICOM Simulation mode for compliance with the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) Part 14 standardized display function for display of grayscale images. The Canon REALiS WUX10 Mark II D Multimedia Projector will feature a native WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200) with a 2.30-megapixel display, while the REALiS SX80 Mark II D Multimedia Projector will have a native SXGA+ resolution (1400 x 1050) with a 1.47-megapixel display. InFocus IN5300 and IN5500 DLP Projectors

inFocus comes back with two new DLP projectors that will target the business market and professional A/V installers. The InFocus IN5300 and IN5500 projectors come with 1,024 x 768 and 1,280 x 800 native resolution, respectively. Contrast ratio stands at 2,300:1 meanwhile connectivity options include two VGAs, five BNC ports, two HDMIs, a component, S-video, and Composite. These projectors will be released during Summer 2009.
