Word has it that Research In Motion is working on a tablet. Known as the BlackPad or Cobalt, the device is expected to get an 8.9-inch screen, with RIM reportedly ordering such displays from Hon Hai. AMD has confirmed it plans to launch ATI Radeon HD 5400 and HD 5500-series products before the middle of February 2010, as part of its aim to provide excellent graphics with Microsoft DirectX 11 technology support for mainstream markets. The HD 5450 is a successor to the previous generation ATI HD 4650/4550/4350 graphics cards, while the HD 5570 will target the mid-range market. Sadly, there is no info on pricing at this time. It seems that HTC will release a new smartphone in the near future, which is knows as the HTC Touch HD2. It is actually a successor to the famous HTC Touch HD. Word has it that the much anticipated Apple Tablet will be officially launched in 2010. Unfortunately, there is no info pricing so far.
