Samsung rolled out three new SyncMaster LCD displays with multimedia capabilities. The 19-inch 920BM and 22-inch 920WM and 2220WM widescreen LCD monitors features built-in speakers and proprietary Magic technologies for enhanced performance and image quality. The 920WM offers resolution of 1440 x 900 and a contrast ratio of 700:1, while the 2220WM has 1680 x 1050 resolution and a higher contrast ratio of 1000:1. The 19-inch 920BM monitor is a low-end display with a resolution of just 1280 x 1024, 300cd/m² brightness, and a contrast ratio of 1000:1. The Samsung SyncMaster 920BM retails for $250, while the 920WM for $220, and the 2220WM is priced at $350.
Samsung has released the SyncMaster 942BW 19-inch widescreen LCD display, which features 1440 x 900 resolution, 500:1 contrast, 5ms response time, 300 cd/m2 brightness, and 16:10 aspect ratio. The LCD screen retails for $250.
