Samsung has confirmed the availability of the 46-inch transparent display. The LCD display provides a contrast ratio of 4500:1, up to 1366×768 pixel resolution and a 70 percent color gamut. Korean giant Samsung has unveiled the new Galaxy Tab 7.0N Plus tablet. What makes this Android tablet special is that it has stereo speakers that are mounted at the front. Weighing at only 345 grams, the gadget also features a 7-inch PLS-LCD WSVGA display with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, GSM calling, Wi-Fi and 3G. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0N Plus runs on the Google Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system. The company will launch the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0N Plus tablet in Europe later this month for $760 each. Samsung today introduced the new Series 9 27-inch quad-HD monitor. The display features Samsung’s Plane Line Switching (PLS) panel technology, offering a quad high-definition resolution of 2560 x 1440. The Samsung Series 9 also has a built-in set of 7W speakers, an adjustable aluminum stand, several connectivity options (USB 2.0, DisplayPort, dual-link DVI, and HDMI connectors) and the new MHL standard, which allows you to connect this monitor to any compatible Android tablet or smartphone. Samsung will introduce the DA-E750 and DA-E670 audio docks at CES 2012 in Las Vegas. The Samsung DA-E750 is known as the company’s first speaker dock that incorporates Samsung’s patented 100W hybrid vacuum tube amp, powering a 2.1 speaker system and a subwoofer. The Samsung DA-E670 audio dock provides a smaller 40W amp that powers a 2.1 speaker system. Both speaker docks support AllShare for Samsung Galaxy smartphones, Apple’s AirPlay for iOS devices, Bluetooth connectivity, an aux-in port, an analog composite input and a USB port.
