Samsung’s new LN-T4665F LCD TV adopts an innovative S-PVA (Super Patterned Vertical Alignment) solution that provides clear images and a 178° wide-viewing angle. The TV also features an 8ms response time, dynamic contrast that automatically adjusts the backlight intensity, and a couple of HDMI connections to connect it to your high definition DVD player or digital cable/satellite. There is no word on pricing or availability yet.
Bang & Olufsen and Samsung have collaborated to release the Serenata music phone that comes with 4GB Flash memory, an integrated speaker, and LCD-TFT display. This 3G handset also features an iPod-style touch sensitive control and a dock for charging and syncing it up with your PC. No word on pricing yet.
Samsung has announced in Korea their new range of PC called Magic Black Design. This PC will be released next year. There are six new computers, the MZ70, MV70, MZ68, MX15, NZ67 and NZ65. No word yet on detailed specifications, but the company guarantees the competitiveness of their products. The price tags should be around $770 and $1430. Stay tuned for more updates.
The Samsung SGH-i780 has been confirmed. Measuring 115.9mm x 61.3mm x 13.3mm, the phone offers HSDPA/WCDMA/GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity and comes with Windows Mobile 6 Professional, a QWERTY keyboard, full touchscreen capability, a 3.2MP camera, a 2.55 inch 65k color display at 320 x 320 resolution, Bluetooth connectivity, integrated GPS, and a microSD memory card slot. No word on pricing or availability so far.
We heard that Samsung i560 will include an integrated GPS receiver chip. Unfortunately, the new Samsung SGH-i560 will only be exclusively manufactured for Vodafone of Europe. No further info on this gadget so far, but we know that the Samsung i560 will feature 3rd edition of Symbian S60 and come equipped with a 2.4 inch QVGA screen and a 3.2MP digital camera. This slider will be compatible with 3G/3G+ networks.
Susi from Shiny Shiny has a hands-on demo of the Samsung Armani phone. The handset has part of a UI that’s Cover Flow-esque.
The Samsung F200 is actually a successor to the X830. Unlike its predecessor, the F200 focuses more on music with support for MP3, WMA, OGG, DCF, and SMP file formats. The player comes equipped with a 1.46-inch 220 x 128 resolution external display, Bluetooth and only 5MB of internal memory that is expandable via the Micro SD card slot. Release date and pricing of the Samsung F200 is still unknown.
The Samsung SyncMaster CX940UX was recently launched in Korea. It is a 19 inch monitor that supports multi-display function via USB cable. The display features patented solution for controlling up to six monitors using USB cable; the monitors could be easily hooked up without complicated installation process using additional graphic card or driver. Using its two USB ports, you can also use the monitor as a USB hub. According to the firm, a 22-inch SyncMaster model will be launched in late October.
The Samsung t429 slider is available in stores today. The handset measures 0.6 inch thick and sports a VGA camera, Bluetooth, IM tools that can handle AIM, ICQ, Windows Live, or Yahoo, voice recording and a speakerphone. This tri-band cell phone is finally available in T-Mobile stores for only $50 with a two-year contract.
