SmartDevices has showed off their newest Android tablet at this year’s Mobile World Congress. Known as the SmartQ Ten, the device is packed with a 9.7-inch 1024 x 768 touchscreen IPS display, a 720MHz ARM Cortex A9 processor, a Mali 400 graphics card, a 512MB RAM, an 8GB of flash storage, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and runs on Android 2.2 OS. SmartDevices has launched an upgrade version of its SmartQ V5. Dubbed as the SmartQ V5-II, the new Android tablet boasts an accelerometer, a 720MHz ARM11 processor with 3D hardware acceleration, a 256MB DDR?, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a USB OTG port and a Mini-HDMI port. Specs-wise, the device packs a 4.3-inch 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, a 600MHz ARM11 processor, a 256MB DDR2, a USB OTG port, a mini-HDMI port and runs on Android 2.1 OS. SmartDevices has unveiled their first e-book reader, the R7, that will be released very soon. The device is powered by a 7-inch color LCD display with capacitive touchscreen capability at 800 x 600 resolution and several buttons on the front. This new MID boasts a 5-inch touchscreen display with 800 x 480 resolution, a 600MHz processor, a 256MB DDR2 RAM, a 2GB flash memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), WiFi, Bluetooth and a choice of Android, Windows CE 6.0 or Ubuntu operating systems.
