
Samsung has rolled out a new high-end smartphone in Korea this week. The Samsung Ultra Messaging II SPH-M4800 smartphone comes equipped with a 2.55-inch LCD screen with a fast 624MHz high-speed CPU, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, GSM global roaming, 2MP shooter and an external memory slot. The smartphone also offers three type of input methods including text-friendly QWERTY keypad, the finger mouse offering PC-like web experience and the touchscreen display. Here is good news for those who wait for a new high end smartphone. Nokia has decided to release the Nokia’s N96 high end smartphone in North America in Q4 2008. Priced at around $900, this iPhone 3G competitor offers a 2.8 inch LCD display, 16GB internal memory, 5MP camera, Wi-Fi connectivity, N-Gage support and 3G connectivity. Here is the unboxing video of the RIM BlackBerry Bold smartphone. In case you didn’t know, the BlackBerry Bold will be released in two variants, the HSDPA and EV-DO versions (including an AWS-capable 1700MHz version). The handset is powered by 625MHz CPU with 1GB internal flash memory, GPS, MicroSDHC, Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth, and photo geotagging. Willcom today announced the Willcom 03, which is the first Windows Mobile 6.1 classic smartphone in Japan. The gadget is equipped with a 3 inch touchscreen LCD WVGA (800×480), two different types of keyboards(a keypad or a multidirectional pad), 256MB of memory, a microSD and W-SIM slot, a camera 2MP shooter with AutoFocus and a QWERTY keyboard.
