Sony has announced that their Vaio TZ notebook will be getting a storage upgrade of 64GB among other features such as: 2GB of RAM, a Sprint EV-DO card, fingerprint sensor, and external dual-layer burner,a 11.1-inch XBRITE screen and 1.33GHz U7700 Core 2 Duo processor. Don’t worry because you wont have to wait too long because Sony is now taking pre-orders at sonystyle.com for delivery in March.

Sony has recently released the Sony VAIO WA1 Wireless Digital Music Streamer. The streamer is a wireless speaker that allows you to listen to streamed music anywhere in the house . It comes with 2 eight-watt speakers, 128MB onboard RAM along with 4 hours of battery life, a remote control and touch-screen sensor and can play various music formats including MP3 and WMA.. Sony’s pocket-sized U series Vaio has been updated. This new UMPC now offers a faster Core Solo U1400 at 1.2 Ghz, 40GB hard dick drive, a 4.5 inch 1,024×600 dot display, 1GB memory, Intel 945GMS Express chipset, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The gadget also provides multiple USB ports, Felica, Firewire, and Ethernet Jack. The updated Vaio U series will be available in Japan with prices starting from $1655.

The wall mountable Sony Vaio L series come with the following display options; 15.4 inch (1280 x 800), 19 inch and 22 inch (1680 x 1050) displays. The 22 inch and 19 inch models offer the same wall mounting kits of Bravia LCD TV’s. The line offers processors ranging from the Intel Celeron M530 to the new 2.2 Ghz Core 2 Duo T7500 processor. The high end version provides 1GB RAM, Digital / Analog TV tuner cards, 500GB hard drive, DVD Super drive, Felica, Bluetooth, USB 2.0 x 5, 1.3MP webcam, and Firewire. The Sony Vaio L series will be released in Japan from October 3rd for around $1900.

Sony will release a new line of Vaio AR series laptops with options for Blu-ray and CableCard. The $1,700 Vaio AR630E offers the Blu-ray drive, while the $2,400 Vaio AR660U features the CablecCard, and the $3,300 Vaio AR690U does both. These new laptops are also powered by Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 or T7500 processors, and Vista Home or Ultimate. Other features include a 1.3MP webcam, 1440 x 900 or 1920 x 1200 17-inch display, 8400M GT and 8600M GT NVIDIA video graphic, dual 160GB SATA HDDs and HDMI out. All three models should be available around the 2nd of October, 2007.
