Razer has announced that their Mako 2.1 speaker system has dropped in the U.S and in Europe. But in case you forgot the specs, they feature ground plane and slot speaker technologies that make a sound space that’s more spacious. Along with 50 Watts per channel, a frequency range of 30-20,000 Hz, and an amplified headphone jack on the wired remote control as well as something called “ClassHD” technology that scales power in sync with the music.

Yanko Design must’ve been thinking about Pandas when they made this bamboo speaker concept. Who says that bamboo is just for pandas. The speaker features WiFi connectivity, an integrated LED display that shows the equalizer, MP3 line-in, remote desktop synching, and a CD player. The speaker concept consists of three parts:right/left channel wireless speakers, a base station and a control ring. Unfortunately this concept hasn’t made the cut yet but I sure hope it does!
