Intel Outs 120GB X25-M G2 SSD

Intel has recently added a new storage capacity to its X25-M G2 SSD line-up by launching the 120GB model. Just like the 80GB and 160GB models, this 2.5-inch SSD also comes with 34nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, an Intel controller, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface and promises to deliver read and write speeds of up to 250MB/s and 70MB/s, respectively.
