Photofast will release their latest G-Monster SSD V4 SLC Series for a mid-April release. Available in 64GB or 32GB, the device features a reading speed of 270MB/s, and a writing speed of 170MB/s, with 64 MB of internal cache. Photofast also announced a MTBF of 1.5 million hours for their 2.5-Inch SATA SSD. The 32GB and 64GB model are priced at €365 and €660, respectively. Hitachi has proudly introduced the Ultrastar C10K300 6Gbps SAS HDD with a power consumption of only 3.1Watts in idle and 6.1Watts in operational mode. Super Talent introduces its new UltraDrive ME/UltraDrive LE Series SSDs that come in 64GB, 32GB, 138GB and 256GB storage capacities retailing for $205, $128, $379 and $645, respectively. These drives are able to hit a maximum sequential read speed of 230MB/sec and a maximum sequential write speed of 170MB/sec for the LE series, while the ME series has a maximum sequential read speed of 200MB/sec and a maximum sequential write speed of 160MB/sec.
